Each project I take on is personal, intentional, and often tailored to the client’s vision or creative collaboration. Because of this bespoke nature, I don’t offer standard returns — but I’m always open to fair conversations.
Photo Sessions & Creative Services
Once a shoot is completed and photos are delivered (digitally or otherwise), refunds are generally not possible. This reflects the time, care, and post-production work involved in each session.
If you’re unhappy with the outcome for any reason, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your files. I’ll do my best to resolve things — whether that means light adjustments or clarifying any misunderstandings.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of downloadable content (prints, digital art, presets), all sales are final once the files have been sent or downloaded. If something went wrong technically (corrupt file, missing content), I’ll of course send a working version ASAP.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel a booked shoot, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Depending on the situation, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to a future date. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit to cover time reserved.
Prints, Products & Delivery
If you’ve ordered a physical product (like a print or photobook) and it arrives damaged, let me know within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
